You may have noticed our layout is a little different; I felt that the pink and floral mismatched with the editorials being posted and it just didn’t flow. Since I was avoiding writing an IA paper anyway I took some time today and tweaked it a bit to make it more of a neutral theme with some Japanese aesthetic thrown in (the digital fonts just remind me of YMCK an electronic band that makes music out of Nintendo 64 things) and so it ended up being very minimalistic. I have also been posting older editorials in hope to avoid double posting or repeated posting of newer editorials. I hope you’re enjoying them. Anyway we’re holding off on the announcement regarding team members until Chelsea’s schedule and my schedule both settle down. Thank you!

Thank you so much everyone! We really appreciate all the lovely messages we have been receiving. Be sure to thank the individual moderators of the team as well—without them, there would be far less diversity on this blog. Feel free to message your favorite posters too! There will be some future announcements regarding Admin and additional crediting information so please look out for that; Chelsea and I are still working out a few kinks here and there.

We listened to your feedback (we’re still considering tagging options though, but we’ve put that to rest for a bit) and made a separate browse-by-member section in the archive. In time, the members and I will go back and tag our previous posts so you can browse in full but until then please enjoy what we’ve got. Further archive maintenance will be put to a short hiatus due to finals/exams week since I am the sole moderator at the moment. Other questions or concerns can be placed in our ask box. Oh and thank you for all the lovely comments in the ask box! We have been reading them. ♥

If you haven’t noticed, our names have been tagged at the end of some of the pictures recently posted. We’ve decided to tag ourselves, so that it’s apparent of who’s posting what. We’ll be adding it to our archive soon, so you can browse through each member’s post. - Chelsea

As you all know, we’re getting a few suggestions here and there on how to deal with tagging and placing the information where. The tags will remain of course because they benefit the archive that we’re building up but some want the information to be posted as a caption in addition to that. Others want link throughs (they’re not necessarily relevant for all of the sources to be honest since we credit directly to the magazine) and it is the time on our hands that we carefully choose and edit each editorial posted—we also have a section for ID-ing unknown models and brands so it’s a lot of options here. We’ll consider any suggestions placed here. So what do you guys think we should do?

Browsing through the models section in our archives is now available! (A lot faster than we’d expected it to be, thanks to some alphabetizing and html organizing programs—and a quick hand) The photographers section is up, although a bit small. That’s all the work we’re going to be doing this month—well especially me haha. Click here to browse or again, in the left panel of our layout.

I put up a proper archive out of tumblr if anyone would like to browse among the magazine titles. The models I haven’t put up yet and I hope to work on that later or get moderators to start recording and tagging images properly. Maybe I’m just super anal haha but I like things sort of neat and pretty; this isn’t a personal blog anyway.
